Ryan Lochte and Alec Baldwin
Ryan Lochte is an amazing and accomplished athlete. Not to mention an American Hero after winning only a few Olympic Medals. (Only 11, 5 of which are Gold Medals.) Now the 28 year old is making the rounds like many other Olympic athletes before him. His latest TV appearance is on the NBC Hit Comedy 30 Rock. Here he is taking a break before filming a scene with the hilarious Alec Baldwin.

I wonder how many appearances he'll eventually end up making? He's also set to appear on 90210 and there are a few rumors floating about that he may be the next bachelor on The Bachelor and being a contestant on Dancing With The Stars.
