Ryan Gosling is seen re-shooting a controversial scene on the set of his current project Gangster Squad. The alternative ending is set to replace the original as it had many similarities to the recent tragic shooting at the Colorado premiere of the new Batman film.

It's always sad when real life people act the way characters do in movies. Especially when it leads to such a horrible tragedy like the one in Aurora, Colorado. I'm glad the filmmakers are willing to go back to the drawing board and reshoot the ending. It's a very nice gesture on their part, especially once you consider that they had to rewrite the ending and make it fit with the rest of the story and the cost involved with reshooting scenes that were already finished. Good for them.
