Rocco DiSpirito, writer of the Eat This Now book was caught on set of the new tv show version. Rocco was seen smiling while cutting and cooking for our enjoyment. The celebrity chef tweeted:

The show debuts in September? I guess my diet starts in September then. I really should start watching this show. I'm sure most of us could use a few tips on eating better. Hopefully the food he showcases is easy to make and tastes good. (As if I'd actually cook.)
