Penn Badgley is seen on the set of Gossip Girl in New York last Friday (August 12). The star was seen clutching his black iPhone as he pointed at the paparazzi.

"First, many of the original cast members of Gossip Girl are gone. Actors Taylor Momsen, Jessica Szhor and Connor Paulo, who played Jenny, Vanessa and Eric, respectively, will not be returning for the fifth season of Gossip Girl. To fill the void, Kaylee DeFer will join the cast as a series regular, coming back as con artist Ivy who posed as crazy cousin Charlie last year."
