October 2 - Cameron Diaz is spotted on the set of her new film Bad Teacher, currently filming in Los Angeles. The movie also stars Cameron's ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake. Talk about awkward!
Bad Teacher is scheduled for release April 1 of next year.
October 1 - Michael C. Hall and Julia Stiles are spotted on the set of Dexter in Long Beach (the show is actually set in Miami). A series newcomer, Showtime described Julia's character as “a mysterious young woman who forms a unique relationship with Dexter in the wake of the death of his wife.” Can't wait to see how she does!
September 30 - 16-year-old Irish actress Saoirse Ronan peaks out of her trailer on the set of Violet & Daisy, currently filming in New York.
Saoirse plays the role of the assassin Daisy in the film, with Alexis Bledel playing her partner Violet (posted some pics of Alexis on set a few days ago).
Interestingly, the original Violet and Daisy (Hilton - no relation to Paris) were a set of conjoined twins that toured the United States sideshow circuit in the 1930s.
September 28 - The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants star Alexis Bledel is seen on the set of her latest film Violet & Daisy, currently filming in New York.
Directed by Geoffrey Fletcher, Violet & Daisy is about two teenage assassins who accept what they think will be a quick-and-easy job, until an unexpected target throws them off their plan. Alexis plays Violet and Saoirse Ronan plays her counterpart Daisy. Carey Mulligan was originally supposed to play Violet, but the role ultimately fell to Alexis. Good choice!
September 25 - Alyssa Milano is pictured on the set of the Lifetime original movie Sunday at Tiffany's, currently filming in Toronto. Based on the 2008 novel by bestselling author James Patterson, Alyssa stars as Jane, a bride to be visited by her imaginary friend from childhood.
Alyssa is also credited as a producer on the film.
This isn't Alyssa's first Lifetime movie -- she also starred in the 2008 crime drama Wisegal.
