Tom Hanks filming "Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close"

Tom Hanks is seen on the set of his new film Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close in New York's Central Park on Tuesday (Mar. 22). His co-star Sandra Bullock was spotted on set last week (pics here).

Even though Tom's one of the most famous movie stars in the world, he recently took on a side job: babysitter! Well . . . sort of. Matthew McConaughey revealed that he ran into the Toy Story star on Oscar night and reimbursed him for helping take such good care of his son Levi:

"[Levi's] main thing is Toy Story. Toy Story 1, Toy Story 2, Toy Story 3 - 'Papa, I want to watch Woody, where's Woody?' And that's his thing. I mean daily. We have to kind of govern him on it a little bit because it's all the time.

"And so I run into Tom Hanks (on) Oscar evening and I slip him a 100 (dollar bill). And he says 'What's that for?' And I says, 'Trust me, I owe you a lot more than that for the amount of time you've been babysitting my son Levi.'"

Doutzen Kroes hits the beach for a photoshoot

Dutch supermodel Doutzen Kroes is seen on the set of a photoshoot for Reality Cashmere in Miami Beach on Monday (Mar. 21). The day was also a coming-out party for Doutzen's new son Phyllon Joy Gorre, who was spotted in public for the first time. Doutzen gave birth to Phyllon only eight weeks ago, yet she's already in modeling shape. Jealous!

Doutzen's husband Sunnery James was also on the set of the shoot to lend support - check out the pics in the gallery below.

After Phyllon's birth earlier this year (Jan. 21), Doutzen told People:

"Sunnery and I are very excited to welcome our healthy and beautiful baby boy, Phyllon, into the world and into our lives. We couldn’t be happier."

Bryce Dallas Howard's photoshoot fun

Bryce Dallas Howard is spotted on the set of a photoshoot for Kate Spade last Friday in New York. The shoot, done by famed German photographer Ellen von Unwerth, is for Spade's latest "Bees and Honey" spring ad campaign.

Bryce - the daughter of director Ron Howard - is the first ever celebrity face for the Kate Spade brand. She told the Los Angeles Times that she is beyond excited about the new campaign:

"I am genuinely a fan of Kate Spade. The day I found out about being in the ads a box of Kate Spade dishes that I had ordered completely on my own arrived at my door. I have been a rabid fan of the brand for a long time. It's such a natural expression of femininity. I aspire to be a Kate Spade girl."

Kristin Kreuk on the set of "17th Precinct"

Smallville's Kristin Kreuk is spotted on the set of the pilot for 17th Precinct Monday in Vancouver, Canada (Mar. 21). James Callis and Jamie Bamber were also spotted on the set of the new NBC drama last week - check out those pics here.

Kristin told Hollywood Life last week that she's excited to be filming the new show:

"It's a quick thing for me. I think Ron Moore is quite brilliant, and I really like what he’s done. The cast is amazing, so I’m excited to be there."

Sounds like Kristin's only shooting a guest spot on the show. I'd love to see her become a series regular if the pilot gets picked up!

As you may have heard, Elizabeth Taylor passed away this morning. As a little tribute to her, I wanted to post some old pictures of her on the set of Giant in 1956. She was truly a stunningly beautiful woman. R.I.P. Elizabeth. You will be missed!

Jane Krakowski and Tina Fey are seen on the set of 30 Rock in New York's Central Park yesterday (Mar. 22). For the scene, Jane was dressed up as a dog while Tina cleaned the park wearing an orange jumpsuit. Hmmm, I wonder where producers are going with this episode!

Even though Jane is currently pregnant, she told Ryan Seacrest earlier this year that 30 Rock producers won't be incorporating it into a storyline:

"No one thinks Jenna would be a fit mother. Her character would be the worst mother in the world. I think the state would come to the show and take her fake baby away."

Jane's baby is due at the end of April. Congrats to her and fiancé Robert Godley!

Don Johnson is back on television!

Don Johnson and actress Heidi Marnhout are seen filming the pilot for the new NBC drama Mann's World in Hollywood yesterday (Mar. 22). In the scene, Johnson and Marnhout were seen swapping insurance information after he hit her car with his super-nice Bentley.

In the new show, Johnson plays a celebrity hair stylist ("much like Warren Beatty's character in the feature Shampoo") who navigates his way through the complexities of Los Angeles. Ellen Barkin and Kelly Hu also star. Johnson and Hu also worked together on Nash Bridges.

The show was written and will be directed by Sex and the City's Michael Patrick King.
