Ramon Rodriguez and Minka Kelly are seen on the set of Charlie's Angels on a rainy Wednesday in Miami (August 31). It's been rumored that the two are now dating. Hmmm, they do seem pretty comfortable with each other.

By now you may have heard that Minka split up with her longtime boyfriend Derek Jeter last week. A source told E! that the actress was pretty surprised by the split:
"They kept their relationship very, very quiet—there are no rumors of cheating, nothing. And Minka is handling this the way she handles everything, she's a down-to-earth, real person, a sweetheart, and this took her by surprise. This is Derek's doing for the most part."
