Earlier this week Michelle Trachtenberg was caught shooting on location for Gossip Girl in New York City. Trachtenberg wasn't the only star on set that day, as Leighton Meester and Penn Badgley were also spotted on set. But Trachtenberg did stand out the most in her bright red pants.

Michelle Trachtenberg is one of those actresses that you feel like you grew up with. Well, at least I feel like I did. We were both born around the same time and it seemed like she would just pop up almost out of nowhere in some movie or TV show. Way back when she was Harriet The Spy, life was so much easier. I was too young to work, but the economy was so good back then that I could have gotten a job if I wanted to. Then it seemed like she was out of the spotlight for a while, even though she continued to work, and all of a sudden she was on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Now, as I'm almost too old to enjoy it she has found herself another hit in Gossip Girl. I wonder what show she'll be on when I'm in an old folks home.
