Lucy Liu
Lucy Liu is spotted on the set of Southland in Los Angeles earlier this week (October 31). Liu has been added to the show as a member of the LAPD.

Liu has done some serious preparation for the show. She recently joined the real-life LAPD for a ride-along in the inner city. From TMZ:
“Liu donned a bullet-proof vest and sat shotgun with an LAPD officer Friday evening … as they toured some of the most gang-infested parts of Watts in a squad car. Liu was not involved in any police activity during her tour of the area, but we’re told the actress is scheduled to participate in a more active ride-along in the near future.”
