Leighton Meester
Leighton Meester is spotted on the set of Gossip Girl in New York earlier this week (October 23). For some reason, whenever I see a fancy hat like Leighton's, I think of the Royal Wedding earlier this year.

Leighton told Teen Now last week how fun it was filming the movie Monte Carlo with Selena Gomez last Summer:
"I'm sure we annoyed a lot of people in our hotel because we were always running around the place singing and dancing. We were definitely a handful! We had a blast singing Cheryl Cole and Katy Perry songs, although any song would do. You name it, we'd sing it."
