A very happy Jessica Biel is spotted on the set of New Year's Eve Tuesday in New York (Feb 15).
In the film, Jessica plays Tess, a pregnant woman in labor on New Year's Eve attempting to give birth to the first baby of the New Year so she can win a cash prize given by a local hospital. Rumors is she'll have a lot of scenes with Carla Gugino, who just signed onto the film and will be playing a doctor.
