Hilarie Burton is spotted on the set of the hit USA series White Collar in New York on Wednesday (August 3). Hilarie - playing insurance investigator Sara Ellis - has become a cast regular this season after appearing on just a few episodes last season.

Matthew Bomer and Tim DeKay were spotted filming on Wednesday as well - check out the pics here.
