Oka - who used to star on the NBC drama Heroes - told the Daily Actor last year if he had to "study" for his role as an assistant medical examiner on Hawaii Five-O:
"I actually tried to look up in my old organic chem books and it made me kind of throw up - it just brought back bad memories, so I had to stay away from it."
Organic chemistry? Yuck!
