George Clooney and Ryan Gosling are spotted on the set of The Ides of March yesterday in Cincinnati (Feb. 23). Clooney plays flawed Presidential candidate Governor Mike Morris in the film - a character based on former Vermont Governor Howard Dean.
As mentioned before, Clooney is also directing The Ides of March. He previously directed Confessions of a Dangerous Mind in 2002, Good Night, and Good Luck. in 2005, and Leatherheads in 2008.
George recently told Newsweek that, despite overtures from the California Democratic Party, don't look for him running for office anytime soon:
"I didn't live my life in the right way for politics, you know. I f--ked too many chicks and did too many drugs, and that's the truth."
