Emeril Lagasse is spotted on the set of his new show Emeril's Table last month in New York. Yum, that looks delicious! Mind serving me a plate?

Emeril's Table is much more intimate and personal than Emeril's previous show Emeril Live (e.g. there's no studio audience, just some folks sitting around the table). The chef told the Huffington Post:
"I didn't want to do the big studio audience anymore, or the band thing, I did that for ten years. It was great, but it was time for a change."
Look for Emeril's Table Monday through Friday on the Hallmark Channel.
