There aren't many people who could pull off wearing a tuxedo jacket in any situation that does not call for a full tuxedo to be worn. Ed is definitely one of the few who could pull it off. And I don't just mean his character, Chuck Bass, but Ed Westwick himself. He looks amazing in that outfit when not many other people could. Bravo to the wardrobe department for putting him in that get up.
