Cesar Millan was filming scenes for the final season of his show, Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan in London, UK. The canine trainer announced mid-June on his Facebook that season 9, which premiered in July, will be the final season of the hugely entertaining show, with 12 all-new episodes.
