Benjamin Millepied is spotted on the second and final day of filming a commercial for Yves Saint Laurent in the SoHo neighborhood of New York (May 5). Millepied was seen swapping numbers with director Patrick Demarchelier after the shoot ended. I wonder if we'll see these two working together in the future?

Yves Saint Laurent sounds like they're excited to work with the the talented dancer/actor. A spokesman for the French fashion house said in a statement:

"It is with very great pleasure that we welcome this reputed dancer and choreographer – one of the greatest talents of his generation – to portray a new dimension of Saint Laurent masculinity."

A baby due soon with his fiancée Natalie Portman and now he's the face of Yves Saint Laurent? What an exciting time in Ben's life!

Benjamin Millepied filming a commercial in SoHo

Benjamin Millepied is spotted filming a commercial for Yves Saint Laurent in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan yesterday (May 4). Millepied was seen dancing around the streets and even running over a table!

Millepied's fiance Natalie Portman is due to give birth to the couple's first child this Summer. The two met on the set of the Oscar-winning film Black Swan last year, where Millepied was the choreographer and also had a small role.

While Millepied will star in this new commercial, he told The Daily Beast last year that he's more comfortable being a dancer:

"I will never be a star. When I see the attention movie stars get, it doesn’t make me want to be in that position at all ... I don't have an agent, I don't have a publisher. Actually I do have an agent now. Sorry. It's only been a month."
