Weekend Leftovers: Vol. 5

Throughout the week I post galleries of pictures for your enjoyment. Ocassionally I have to leave some pictures out of a gallery because I have too many. Before, I would just delete the extras and you would never get to see them.

Throwback Thursday: "Victoria Justice"

Throwback Thursday is a weekly update that we do here on Caught on Set. Every Thursday we post pictures from the set of a movie you haven’t seen in a while, or possibly ever.

This week's Throwback Thursday isn't a typical throwback since it doesn't highlight a movie or a show. It's more of a look back at the star Nickelodeon's hit show Victorious, Victoria Justice. Before she had her own show, a younger Victoria made guest appearances on other TV shows such as, iCarly, True Jackson VP, Zoey 101 and Spectacular!

I came across these pictures a couple days ago and I decided to go against the norm and post these pictures instead of finding pics from the set of an old movie. Sometimes when you see an actor or actress who is so successful at such a young age you forget or never noticed how many other roles they had to play in order to get where they are. It's weird how Victoria and Miranda Cosgrove still look pretty much the same now as they do in these pictures. I wonder if they'll still look the same when they are 30? Or 40? Probably.

Nick Jonas On "Victorious" Set

Is Nick Jonas is set to make an appearance on Nickelodeon's Victorious. Is he dating one of the cast members? Here is a picture of Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers hanging around the set of the teen comedy a few days ago and I have no idea why he is there. From Nickutopia.com:

"There’s a good chance that Victoria Justice is dating Nick Jonas from the Jonas Brothers! Nick, was spotted at a taping of Nickelodeon’s “Victorious.”

It is possible that Nick has plans to guest star on the show, or that he is set to record a duet with one of the stars, but it’s also very possible that he and Victoria are an item."

Well that doesn't really answer any of my questions. If they are dating they would make such a cute couple. So if they aren't dating now, then they need to start. Then again, it would be pretty cool if he made an appearance on the show. I always love it when famous people appear in single episodes of TV shows.

Victoria Justice and Ariana Grande Caught on "Victorious" Set

Victoria Justice and co-star Ariana Grande were caught on the set of their Nickelodeon show Victorious in Los Angeles. The pics are from the episode titled The Blonde Squad that aired this past Saturday, June 30th. Justice is also gearing up for a tour of the US. From the Victoria Justice twitter account:

"So excited to have @Maxgschneider join me on tour. We kick off 8/2 in Ca.!"

The tour is set to kick off August 2nd in Costa Mesa, CA at the Orange County Fair and Exhibition Center. Tickets are going fast and are almost sold out for the Costa Mesa show. Not that I looked into it or anything. Tickets range from $20-$50, or so I was told. By someone who is interested in going, who isn't me. Victoria Justice in "Self Magazine" Photoshoot

On June 21st Victoria Justice was caught on a photoshoot for Self Magazine's July issue. The young star of Nickelodeon's Victorious also shared some beauty tips and tricks. Here are a few of those tips from Self.com:

"Start from the inside "When I don't look my best, I detox with raw foods and lots of water. It makes me feel better."
Resist the pillow face-plant "I wash off my makeup every night before bed. It's my number-one rule for good skin."
Deal with Dark Circles "I haven't found anything better than sleep and a good concealer. I swear by Clé de Peau Beauté."
Avoid wrinkles (and rehab)! "I'm only 19, so I'm not super concerned about aging. But my mom didn't drink, smoke or tan while growing up, and she looks great. I'm following her plan."

Consider yourself lucky if you're only 19. 19 year old skin is soooo much easier to take care of. Tell me if your skin is still that perfect after your 30! Sorry, I'm not at all bitter about my sensitive skin. Oh, to be young again. Victoria Justice and Ariana Grande Caught on Set of "Victorious"

Ariana Grande and Victoria Justice were looking cute together in Instagram pictures on the set of Victorious. Grande was also caught on set with Leon Thomas and Avan Jogia. She also had some huge twitter related news. From her official twitter account:

"I'm at 1.9 million followers! Completely insane.. Thank u for encouraging me everyday.. I love each and everyone one of all 1.9 mil of u <3"

She has 1.9 million followers? That is insane. Way to go Ariana. I can't wait until I have 1.9 million followers. Wait a minute? If I am one of those followers does that mean she loves me too? How sweet of her. And I didn't even buy her present or anything.

Kool Kojack Joins Victoria Justice on "Victorious"

Victoria Justice was joined by Kool Kojack on the set of her Nickelodeon show Victorious on May 22. The songwriter and producer joined the cast for an appearance on an upcoming episode after working on a song for the show with Justice. According to the show's star he did quite well.From her twitter:

"That's a wrap 4 today w/ our director Steve Hoefer. I love him! @kooolkojak u killed it:{). @leonthomas3"

I believe someone saying that you "killed it" is one of the highest compliments you can receive in today's lingo. I'm pretty old so sometimes I can't keep up with all this hip slang. Whatever happened to saying someone did a great job? I guess that went out with "walkmen" and typewriters. Be sure to check out the next episode of Victorious so that you can find out if Kool Kojack did in fact "kill it." Also seen on set were Avan Jogia and Leon Thomas III.
