Garcelle Beauvais Joins The Guys Of "Psych" On Set

The Beautiful Garcelle Beauvais joined Dule Hill and James Roday on the set of USA Network's Psych. She took and shared several pictures during breaks in the action. Beauvais will play a character named Miranda, who appears to be a female companion for Gus. From her twitter account:

You know that's right. It's about time Burton gets himself some lady love. You know, one that isn't in a psych ward and doesn't think she's an Iraq war veteran named Frank. That was a great episode. I wonder what will keep Gus and Garcelle's character Miranda apart? There is always something that happens.

Jeffrey Tambor Joins The Cast Of "Psych"

The very funny Jeffrey Tambor was caught on set joining three regulars of the USA Network hit comedy Psych in Vancouver. Here he is spotted filming scenes for the upcoming season with star James Roday and the backs of his co-stars, Corbin Bernsen, Maggie Lawson and Dule Hill. From YVRshoots.com:

"He’s in Vancouver to film a Psych parody of The In-Laws (the 1979 comedy classic starring Peter Falk and Alan Arkin), with Corbin Bernsen as Shawn’s father and Jeffrey Tambor as Juliet’s stepfather."

This is going to be hilarious. Jeffrey Tambor is so funny in all of the roles he pays. My favorite was George Bluth Sr. on Arrested Development. That show is one of my all time favorites and I hope the movie turns out to be just as good. Please, Hollywood, Do Not F**k This One Up! I mean it.

Patrick J. Adams Shows Off the Set of "Suits"

The USA Network recently invited a group of journalists to Toronto to take a tour of the set of their hit series Suits. And those lucky journalists also got a sneak peek at the season 2 premier. They also got a tour from one of the shows stars Patrick J. Adams, who plays Mike Ross. From cinemablend.com:

"Late last month, USA was kind enough to fly me out to visit the set of Suits, which is currently about to premiere its second season on the cable network. In addition to screening the Season 2 premiere, we were given a tour of the set and the cast of the legal-focused series took some time out to speak with the press about what's ahead for Season 2!"

Those lucky bastards. I wish I would have been invited, I had to wait to see the second season premier when it played on TV last Thursday. I have to admit that I was late to jump on the Suits bandwagon. I didn't watch the first season when it was first airing, but I caught up during the off time. You gotta love reruns and a roommate who dvrs reruns of shows he's already watched. Fine I will watch your shows so that I can finally delete them off the DVR and make some room for my shows. Like G.I. Joe. Did you know they play that on The Hub? It's amazing. The second season is now playing Thursdays on USA. Check it out.

"Psych" returns to set for the psych-o's

Psych is back on set in Vancouver, British Columbia filming episodes for the upcoming 7th Season. The whole gang is back as James Roday, Dule Hill, Maggie Lawson and Timothy Omundson were seen in pictures posted by Hill on his web site.

"Oh yeah, that's the gang & we're back together @maggielawson @Omundson @Psych_USA #PsychSeason7Day1 #LassieJerky"

I absolutely cannot wait until Psych is back on the air. I just can't believe it's already been on for 6 seasons. There was a Big Foot sighting on the set. Well more like a Big Show sighting, as it looks like the WWE wrestler will be making a guest appearance on the first episode. The only thing that worries me about these pics is that Henry Spencer (Corbin Bernsen) is nowhere to be seen. I hope that doesn't mean what I think it means. The new season will premiere sometime later this year.

Callie Thorne Heats up the set of "Necessary Roughness"

On Monday several journalists overran the set of USA network's Necessary Roughness. The good thing for all of us, is that they took pictures. Like the one of the show's star Callie Thorne looking classy on set. Today the official twitter of the show gave us a tip that pointed us in the right direction:

"Need a #NecessaryRoughness fix? Watch the first five episodes of Season 1 online & get in on the fun all over again."

Also seen on set were Mehcad Brooks and Scott Cohen who play Terrance King and Nico respectively. I wonder what season 2 has in store for us? I can't wait for the show to come back on!

Matthew Bomer drinks on the set of "White Collar"

White Collar’s Matthew Bomer takes a time out from filming to have a cup of coffee earlier this week in New York City. In addition to Laura Vandervoort (seen here earlier this week on set), there will be many more guest appearances this season. Including this one from Hollywoodreporter.com:

“House actor Michael Weston has been tapped for a guest starring role in the upcoming episode "Diminishing Returns" in the USA Network drama's fourth season, Weston will play David Cook, an overconfident and elusive criminal mastermind who Peter has been trying to put away since the beginning of his FBI career.”

If you’re like me, besides being all around awesome, you love watching this show. I’m not sure if I like the high priced rare goods people are stealing, the eye candy or just because everyone on that show has a more fun job than me. Either way I can’t wait for the new season to start, which happens to be Tuesday, July 10.

Sounds like a lucky guy, getting to act and play baseball at the same time. But the real lucky one here is actress Callie Thorne. I'm sure plenty of ladies out there would love to switch positions with here in that picture he posted from the set. No word yet as to when the appearance will air, so I guess we'll just have to watch every episode so we don't miss it.
