Are things heating up between Israel Broussard and Emma Watson on the Los Angeles set of their new movie The Bling Ring? If you judge based on this photo as evidence then you could believe so.

I can't find anything that says they aren't so I'm just going to run with it. Israel and Emma are Dating (probably not) and they make such a cute couple! The Bling Ring is written and directed by Academy Award winner Sofia Coppola and is scheduled for 2013 release.
Also seen on set were Taissa Farmiga, Carlos Miranda and Leslie Mann.
