Zachary Quinto
Last week Zachary Quinto was seen on set as Spock in the new Untitled Star Trek film in Los Angeles. Producer Damon Lindelof stated last year that this sequel would be much darker. From eonline.com:
""We're looking at a movie like The Dark Knight, which went one step beyond Batman Begins," Lindelof said. "It was really about something, and at the same time it was a superhero movie. We don't want to abandon all the things that made the first movie work...but we also really want the movie to thematically resonate."
If this movie turns out half as good as The Dark Knight, it'll be fantastic! I have to admit that I've never been much of a "Trekkie," but I thought the last movie was entertaining as hell. So I'll be waiting to see how they make this work. The film is to be released May 17th of next year, for now.
