Lindsay Lohan's "Plum" photoshoot

Lindsay Lohan is spotted on the set of a photoshoot for Plum Miami magazine Saturday in Miami Beach (May 21).

Could we be seeing Lindsay in a possibly remake of Stephen King's 1976 classic Carrie? The best-selling author hinted at it in an interview with Entertainment Weekly:

"I've heard rumblings about a Carrie remake, as I have about The Stand and It. Who knows if it will happen? The real question is why, when the original was so good? I mean, not Casablanca, or anything, but a really good horror-suspense film, much better than the book. Piper Laurie really got her teeth into the bad-mom thing. Although Lindsay Lohan as Carrie White… hmmm. It would certainly be fun to cast. I guess I could get behind it if they turned the project over to one of the Davids: Lynch or Cronenberg."

Natalie Coughlin's glam photoshoot

Olympic swimmer Natalie Coughlin is spotted on the set of a photoshoot for GLEAM Body skincare earlier this week (May 18.) Coughlin tweeted the picture and wrote: "One more on set. Fun! Channeling Ester Williams..."

I wonder if we'll be seeing Natalie at the 2012 Olympics in London? After all, she did two gold medals in Athens in 2004 and one in Beijing in 2008 (and and a combined eight silver and bronze medals).

Natalie just got back from the UltraSwim event in Charlotte, North Carolina over the weekend. In the 100 free event, she won with a time of 54.19. Congrats Natalie!

Denise Richards' "Modern Dog" day

Denise Richards and her French Bulldog Hank are spotted doing a photoshoot for Modern Dog magazine in Los Angeles on Tuesaday (May 17). Denise tweeted the pics and wrote: "Shooting cover for Modern Dog brought a couple models:)"

Denise is a huge dog lover. In addition to routinely volunteering for the "Pup My Ride" rescue service, she recently rescued a blind dog from a shelter in Los Angeles. She told Fox411:

"When my mother's dog, Sheena, passed away I reached out to Best Friends Animal Society to adopt a dog that was hard to place. I ended up adopting a blind dog, Preston, from their shelter."

Victoria's Secret "Angels" Candice Swanepoel and Adriana Lima are spotted on the set of a photoshoot in Los Angeles (May 15).

Even though she looks fantastic, Swanepoel received some criticism last month for appearing too thin while modeling Victoria's Secret's new swimwear line at the Mondrian Hotel in Los Angeles. The 22-year-old South African model told ABC News during Fashion Week in November that she has trouble keeping weight on:

"Actually, this year my problem has been more putting the weight on and getting muscle on because it's been really busy. I've been traveling around like crazy. I get skinnier if I'm very busy. I've been eating steak and everything, so I'm actually looking forward to eating some lighter food after this."

Eva Longoria is spotted on the set of a sexy photoshoot for Haute Living magazine last Friday in Miami (May 13). For the shoot, Eva posed on the back of a horse topless! Her boyfriend Eduardo Cruz was also seen on set lending moral support.

Speaking of Eva and Eduardo, looks like things are getting pretty serious between the couple. Here's what People had to say about their Miami getaway:

"Eva Longoria and boyfriend Eduardo Cruz took a romantic trip to Miami together – and they weren't exactly sitting around. After Longoria took part in a magazine shoot, she and Cruz went jet-skiing around Biscayne Bay. Later that night, Longoria changed into a pink cocktail dress for a romantic cruise on a friend's yacht. 'Eva and Eduardo looked very relaxed and happy,' a source tells us, 'kissing and embracing and laughing together.' "

Victoria Justice is photoshoot pretty

Victoria Justice is spotted on the set of a photoshoot for Tiger Beat magazine. The pics were taken last month in Los Angeles (April 24), but only recently tweeted by her. She is so darn pretty!

Expect to see more of Victoria on Caught on Set. She just landed a role in Nickelodeon's new Halloween comedy film Fun Size. Directed by Josh Schwartz, the film is about a cautious high school debate-team star Roosevelt (Thomas Mann) who helps his crush Wren (Justice) find her younger brother who went missing during trick-or-treating.

According to the Cleveland.com, the film has already been approved for a $4.7 million state tax credit. Look for shooting to being in Cleveland in late Spring, with a October 2012 release target.

Elisabetta Canalis would "Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur"

Can this picture get any cuter?! Elisabetta Canalis is seen on the set of her new photoshoot for PETA. The Italian actress is one of the newest stars to pose naked for the animal rights foundation's "I'd Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur" campaign. Also set to bare all soon for the campaign is Cameron Diaz. If you don't recognize Canalis, she is dating none other than the hunky George Clooney.

Canalis, who has always been an animal lover, told People Pets:

"I decided to get involved with PETA campaign when I learned how brutal the fur industry is for the sake of fashion. I have to say that doing PETA's campaign has always been my dream. I think this is the best reason why I get naked in my life," she added. "This is really a right cause."
