Miley Cyrus was seen sporting her new blonde hair while smoking a cigarette outside of the Roosevelt Hotel while taking a break from filming her new music video. Actually it appears that it wasn't her music video that her and boyfriend Liam Hemsworth were filming. According to an interview with Rolling Stone, the engaged couple were making an appearance in a video for Israeli rapper Borgore's song "Decisions." From Zimbio.com:
Cyrus — who has been collaborating with the likes of Pharrell and Pop & Oak — stars with her boyfriend in the upcoming music video for Israeli rapper Borgore's song "Decisions," on which she offers backing vocals.

"That s**t was crazy," Miley told Rolling Stone. "[Borgore] walked into his hotel room, and it was people in the weirdest clothes you've ever seen. My fiancé was dressed as a unicorn — we make out in the video, which is very funny. It's just the most random group. We walk in and we're like, 'This feels like a party,' so it's dope."
Wow, Liam Hemsworth as a unicorn? Could he become any more of a fantasy for most of the women of the world? I bet he probably could. Like if he killed spiders and shit. Don't judge me, those little bastards freak me out. I don't even like looking at pictures of them. Wow, I didn't even realize that I typed s**t just now.
