Keith Urban is spotted shooting the music video for his new single Long Hot Summer over the weekend.
You can find the song on Keith's album Get Closer, which he released last November. Long Hot Summer is the third single, following Put You in a Song and Without You. Keith told the Los Angeles Times last year that Without You, written by Dave Pahanish and Joe West, hits especially close to home:
"It's the most autobiographical song I never wrote. My friend told me, 'You've got to hear this — you won't believe it.' As a songwriter, I'd be thinking, 'Well, that's what I want to say — now how do I craft it?' I'm pretty sure if I'd tried to write that, I would have filled it with metaphors and analogies, whereas this is perfectly sound and beautifully put.
"I have this feeling that song's going to affect the way I write in the future, to remind me of the power of simplicity. It was really profound to hear it from somebody else.... I've always loved cars, and obviously guitars. It's crazy that that song could name check every single thing in my life."
Jordan Knight is spotted on the set of the music video for his single Stingy last week at the W Hotel in Atlanta (June 28). FYI: That's the manager of the hotel in the left (and a very lucky woman LOL).
Look for Stingy on Jordan's new album Unfinished, which dropped on May 31.
Jordan is currently touring with New Kids on the Block and the Backstreet Boys. The singer revealed to Atlanta Music Scene how he's staying in shape for the tour:
"We do a two-hour show, so that's a workout. We have time underneath the stage to check email, we have a screen down there where we might watch sports. But we work out during the show. We have resistance bands and are doing pushups. The show is a serious workout because we're working out while it's going on so we're freshly pumped."
Carrie Underwood is spotted yesterday in California goofing off on the set of the music video for Remind Me, the duet she did with Brad Paisley. Brad tweeted the pic and said: "Filming a little music video today with Gooberwood."
Gooberwood? I love it!
After the shoot, Carrie's makeup artist Melissa Schleicher tweeted: "Just got back from a long video shoot in the desert! It was 110 degrees but it's gonna be amazing. Loving the new Temptu body glow"
Brad told Taste of Country in May that asking Carrie to perform on the song was an easy decision:
"We've become really close, having toured together and become friends and co-hosting the CMA [Awards] for several years. We just get along great and sing great together. She's probably pretty much my first choice to sing with when it comes to a duet with a woman like that. I mean, we just sort of share the same values and get along that well. I just don't think there's a better singer than her, so it's sort of selfish to be able to sing with her and perform."
Fito Blanko and Fuego are spotted on the set of the music video for their new song VIP in Miami last week (June 20). The song is currently tearing up the Latin charts.
Fito is a Panamaniann reggaeton artist who released his first album Higher Level in 2004. In 2009, he collaborated with Drake on his song Mambo. Fuego is a Dominican artist from Washington D.C. who's collobrated with such artists as Pitbull and Deevani.
Enjoy the pics!

English pop star Pixie Lott is seen on the set of her new music video in Los Angeles on Monday (June 20). Loving her cute new bangs! . . . or is that a wig?
Pixie told the July issue of Company magazine that now that Prince William is taken, she has her eyes set on Prince Harry: "I've always wanted to be a princess and Harry seems to be a bit naughty. I just need to meet him now."
What do you think? Would Pixie and the Prince make a good couple?
Check out Elijah King on the set of his new music video for the single Hand Clap in Miami on Tuesday (June 21).
For those of you unfamiliar with Mr. King, he is a Puerto Rican singer and has released a couple of songs in English and Spanish. He first hit airwaves in 2008 with his hit song Cry No More. In 2010, his second single Never See You Again was recorded. King is currently working on his debut album, which will feature the single Hand Clap as well as the talents of rapper T-Pain.
Check out the song below, its sure to make your hands clap!
Check out Selena Gomez going back in time on the set of her music video Love You Like a Love Song in Los Angeles last month.
Miss Gomez has been a busy 18-year-old. Not only is her new album When the Sun Goes Down just days from being released (hence the release of these new pics), she also has a movie coming out. Monte Carlo, which Selena stars in alongside Katie Cassidy and Leighton Meester, is scheduled to hit theaters July 1.
Expect her album to be full of fun dance music. The teen star collaborated with some mega superstars for this album like Britney Spears and Katy Perry. Selena said: "I did have a lot of artists that I was very lucky enough to have songs written by and it's a good, uplifting album, It's really fun and very dance-y and I hope people like it."
Who could not love everything Selena does? She is just so talented!
