Tweeting from the Set of "Glee"

Settle down all you Gleeks out there, we have several pics from the set of Glee in Los Angeles posted by different cast members over the past week. The headline picture featuring Chris Colfer and Darren Criss was tweeted by Lea Michelle:

"Who wouldn't want to be in between these two boys.. "

It's a Chord Overstreet sandwich on set!

Chris Colfer, Chord Overstreet, and Mark Salling are spotted on the set of Glee earlier this week in Los Angeles (May 9). The pics were tweeted by Chord, who said, "Takin a nap on set!"

It's you missed Tuesday night's episode Prom Queen, you missed a good one. Puck (Salling), Sam (Overstreet), and Artie (Kevin McHale) covered Rebecca Black's surprise hit song Friday. It was AWESOME!

The Orange County Register has a new interview with former Brat Packer Eric Stoltz, who directed the Prom episode:

"It's the most fun I've had in a long time. I love directing young actors. Many actors have the experience of not having been directed very often or very well. For the most part, directors are technically proficient and a little bit afraid of the actors. So, having been an actor for a long time, I can see things from their perspective.

"Directing is something that I think i'm more suited for. I'm a better director than an actor. I love crews, I love talking to actors. After sitting in the trumpet section for many years, it's nice to have the whole score in front of you. You can either inspire or not. I've spent a great many years in the trenches of independent film. You learn a lot there. Television is actually much closer to the independent film process."

Mark Salling is a skater boi

Mark Salling is spotted riding his skateboard on the set of Glee last week in New York City's Washington Square Park (April 29). "He was a skater boi, she said see you later boi . . ."

Rumor is Mark is set to join the cast of horror film Piranha 3DD, the sequel to the surprise 2010 hit Piranha 3D. Tara Reid is also rumored to be joining the cast, though her rep denies the report.

The "Glee" guys on set

Had a post on Tuesday featuring the Glee girls on set - and now here's one featuring the Glee guys. That's Mark Salling, Cory Monteith, and Chord Overstreet doing some singing and dancing yesterday while filming the show at Lincoln Center in New York (April 27). Harry Shum Jr. and Lea Michele are also in a few of the pics. Check them out in the gallery.

According to TVLine, Broadway star Patti Lupone will be guest-starring on the final:

"Patti Lupone is currently shooting scenes with Lea Michele and another male costar who may or may not be Chris Colfer in midtown Manhattan for the show's Nationals-themed season finale. In the sequence, Rachel and (maybe) Kurt run into the Tony winner at iconic eatery Sardi's."

Lea is definitely excited about Patti's appearance. She tweeted: "On set right now working with one of my all time idols...another day where glee makes one of my dreams come true:)"

Mark Salling's frisbee fun

Mark Salling is spotted playing a little frisbee golf during a break from filming Glee last week at Cabrillo High School in Long Beach (April 14). What. A. Hunk. Be sure to check out Caught on Set's Glee page for all the latest on set pics.

Mark's co-star/ex-girlfriend Naya Rivera was on The Wendy Williams Show last week and admitted that, despite rumors the two were on less than amicable terms with each other (she allegedly keyed his car after the two broke up last year), she still remains good friend with him:

"Mark and I were never like a serious thing ... I still consider him one of my best friends. He's like the sweetest guy. I mean, put your hand up if you wouldn't smooch that mug."

Needless to say, no one in the audience put their hand up!

"Glee": mall day!

Chris Colfer and Lea Michele are seen filming their hit show Glee on location at Eagle Rock Plaza in Los Angeles last week (Mar. 30). Also spotted on set that day were a TON of other Glee stars: Naya Rivera, Mark Salling, Cory Monteith, Heather Morris, Kevin McHale, Chord Overstreet, Harry Shum, and Jenna Ushkowitz. Check out all the great pics in the gallery below.

A big congrats are in order for the Glee cast, who scored their first airplay hits with two original songs they performed on the March 15 episode. "Loser Like Me" will hit the Adult Pop Songs airplay chart this Thursday at #37 and "Summer Rain" will hit the Adult Contemporary chart at #29.

WAJI (Ft. Wayne, Ind.) program director Barb Richards told Billboard that she is embracing the original songs:

"The show is huge and its music is popular, as shown by the sales. Still, I believe that people want to hear originals over remakes, so up until the Glee cast's original music it didn't make sense for us to play each latest cover, other than to spotlight it the day of the show."

John Stamos and friends looking Gleetastic

Check out these pictures John Stamos posted on his facebook. Stamos, along with the beautiful Jayma Mays and super-cute Mark Salling, is seen having a fun time backstage on the set of Glee.

Stamos, who plays Dr. Carl and Emma Pillsbury's (Jayma) husband on Glee, is set to make his way back very soon for another round of sexy singing on the show. He posted via twitter about his upcoming episode:

"either me and @Mark_Salling lost a bet (outfits) or it's the FIRST look pic from "sexy" GLEE ep. airing march 8th."

Sexy is right! Can he and Mark get any cuter! They just melt my heart when they sing. And let's not forget Jayma - she is too cute for words.
