Kate Winslet was caught on set of her newest movie Labor Day in Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts back on June the 7th. Jason Reitman, who directed such recent classics asĀ Up In the Air, Juno and Thank You For Smoking, wrote the screenplay and is directing this film. Josh Brolin and James Van Der Beek also star in this drama. From imdb.com:
"Depressed single mom Adele and her son Henry offer a wounded, fearsome man a ride. As police search town for the escaped convict, the mother and son gradually learn his true story as their options become increasingly limited."

So Kate Winslet is playing "Adele, the depressed single mother," but who is playing the "wounded, fearsome man?" I hope it's James Van Der Beek. That would make my year to see Dawson grow up into an escaped convict. Too bad Josh Brolin is better suited for the role. Well it's too bad for James Van Der Beek at least. The rest of us get to see Josh Brolin play a bad ass again.
