Kristen Wiig and Ben Stiller Continue Filming "Walter Mitty"

The very funny Kristen Wiig and Ben Stiller were again spotted filming The Secret Life of Walter Mitty in New York City on May 30th. Wiig was up for a golden popcorn statue from the MTV Movie Awards as she was nominated in the category for Best Comedic Performance. From MTV.com:

Unfortunately Wiig lost out to her Bridesmaids co-star Melissa McCarthy for the award. Although you can't be mad that McCarthy won as her turn as Megan was not only hilarious, but also garnered an Academy Award nomination for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role. Since Wiig helped write the screenplay and the character, it was kind of like a win for her as well.

Kristen Wiig Joins Ben Stiller in "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty"

Yesterday we saw fan photos of Ben Stiller filming scenes with Adam Scott. Today we see him joined on the set by the always hilarious Kristen Wiig. This updated remake of the 1947 film of the same name, runs through a similar plot. From imdb.com:

"A timid magazine photo manager who lives life vicariously through daydreams embarks on a true-life adventure with a negative goes missing."

I too, live life vicariously through daydreams while at work. I don't know if my daydreams are movie worthy, but I'm going to write it anyway. Now who should play me? I don't know if there is an actor out there who can match up to my physical and inner beauty. If you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself, so I'll just play myself. Get ready Hollywood, here I come. As soon as my mom gets over me not cleaning my room and gives my computer back.
