Kate Winslet

Kate Winslet was caught on set of her newest movie Labor Day in Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts back on June the 7th. Jason Reitman, who directed such recent classics as Up In the Air, Juno and Thank You For Smoking, wrote the screenplay and is directing this film. Josh Brolin and James Van Der Beek also star in this drama. From imdb.com:

"Depressed single mom Adele and her son Henry offer a wounded, fearsome man a ride. As police search town for the escaped convict, the mother and son gradually learn his true story as their options become increasingly limited."

So Kate Winslet is playing "Adele, the depressed single mother," but who is playing the "wounded, fearsome man?" I hope it's James Van Der Beek. That would make my year to see Dawson grow up into an escaped convict. Too bad Josh Brolin is better suited for the role. Well it's too bad for James Van Der Beek at least. The rest of us get to see Josh Brolin play a bad ass again.

Kate Winslet and Ned Rocknroll

Kate Winslet was caught on set of her new film Labor Day in Shelbourn Falls, Massachusetts on June 7th. She was visited on set by her boyfriend Ned Rocknroll. That is quite possibly the coolest name I have ever heard. Let's go to eonline.com to find out a little more about the man behind the awesome name:

It would have been way cooler to have Rocknroll as your given name, but it's pretty cool either way. The pair have been an item for almost a year and he's still sweet enough to show up and visit her at work. I wonder if he also sent her some flowers? I would have sent flowers.
