Not too long ago Samuel L. Jackson took a time out to pose for a picture with a fan on the set of The Avengers. Not only is he a great actor, but he also appears to be a pretty nice guy.

With an estimated $220 million budget I'm sure the special effects will be out of this World and pretty constant. Fresh off of it's Hollywood premier a few days ago, the official US release date is set for May 4. But for many countries around the World, The Avengers will be released almost a week earlier. So yeah, we are a little jealous of you right now.

Chris Hemsworth

Chris Hemsworth is spotted on the set of The Avengers last Friday in Cleveland (August 19). Chris plays Thor in the film (you can probably tell by his huge arms).

Chris told Access Hollywood last week that a recent scene he filmed for the movie was pretty much the coolest thing he's ever done in his career:

"I think we blew 20 cars up in that sequence. It was one of the biggest things to happen in my life."

UPDATE: Turns out this is Chris' stunt double! They look so much alike!
