Sandra Oh and Justin Chambers are spotted on the set of Grey's Anatomy in Los Angeles last week (July 28). Say cheese!

According to TV Guide, Justin's character Dr. Alex Karev has some drama in store for him in the upcoming season:

"Alex will be in a heap of new trouble when Grey's returns in the fall — and not just with Meredith [Ellen Pompeo]. Alex is very much persona non grata this season after snitching on Meredith for her unethical decision to mess with the Alzheimer's clinical trial."

Chyler Leigh, Sarah Drew, and Chandra Wilson are spotted on the set of Grey's Anatomy in Los Angeles last week (July 15). This picture is missing two things: McDreamy and McSteamy!

Series star Patrick Dempsey told the L.A. Times earlier this week that he's hoping Grey's doesn't fall into a familiar rut as it's approaching its eighth season:

"After 150 episodes, it's very easy to repeat one's self, and I hope we can move forward with these characters so we're not playing the same beat over and over. That is my concern. It's really important that you move forward with the relationships and the fans realize what's happening and where [the relationships] need to go, and they are very smart. The loyal fans who have been with us since Day 1 want to see these characters grow up and not stuck in an adolescent dynamic."
