Emily Blunt is spotted filming The Five-Year Engagement in Ypsilanti, Michigan on Tuesday (June 7). For the scene, a bunch of fake snow was sprayed up and down a local street to give the effect of a cold winter night.
Directed by Nicholas Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Get Him to the Greek) and also starring Jason Segel, the comedy charts the ups and downs of an engaged couple's relationship.
According to AnnArbor.com, Segel is making himself feel right at home in the college town (the film is primarily shooting in Ann Arbor):
"It was Thursday or Friday, right around happy hour," Grizzly Peak Brewing Company general manager Chris Carrington said of Segel's recent visit. "He just wandered in and sat at the bar and started chatting with the bartender."
