Marilyn Manson Hangs With Hank Moody

On July 7th Marilyn Manson tweeted a picture of himself with Hank Moody aka David Duchovny on the set of Californication. The Rockstar will be making a guest appearance on the upcoming 7th season of the Showtime series. Manson Tweeted:

"The Stooges 3. On the set of the best show ever. Photo by Skip Torvinen."

I've never been much of a fan of Marilyn Manson, but I will have to agree with his assessment of the show being "the best ever." And with him showing up, it might get even more interesting. Well I partially agree. Californication is definitely in my top 5 of all time even if it isn't number one. If you haven't been following the story of Hank Moody, you need to get on it and catch up on the first 5 seasons in a hurry. The 6th season is set to premier in January.

David Duchovny gets back to work on "Californication"

David Duchovny is spotted on the set of his Showtime series Californication at Santa Monica Beach on Tuesday (July 12). So excited to see this show back in production!

Last season on Californication, Rob Lowe had a recurring guest role as Eddie Nero, a movie star who's playing Hank (Duchovny) in a film. Judging by his tweet last week, Rob will back on the show this season:

"Had a blast with my pal David Duchovny on #Californication yesterday. Wait till you see Eddie Nero's new look. Freaky as usual."

Check out David Duchovny and Natascha McElhone getting cozy on the set of Californication in Venice last week (June 9).

Duchovny and McElhone are busy filming the fifth season of the hit HBO show. If you are anything like me, then you are a huge fan. In a recent interview Duchovny was asked about playing the role of Hank Moody:

"Yeah, [Hank] is losing. He's losing a lot, but what I've always thought about Hank from the beginning, and the reason I was attracted to the role, is that he’s a character who speaks his mind. He's kind of the truth teller among all these people who are lying. That gives the character a kind of power, and it also makes him real, a guy that will just say what's on his mind. It's what we all want to do a lot of the time, but we can't because we'll get fired or whatever."

Can either of them possibly be cooler? Can't wait till the new season!
