Danny Pino and Mariska Hargitay Get Back To Work On "Law & Order: SVU"

Mariska Hargitay, Danny Pino and Richard Belzer on the set of Law and Order: SVU in New York Cit. Hargitay and Belzer are two of only three cast members to appear in every episode. Dann Florek who plays Captain Cragen is the other.

The three actors have appeared in 295 episodes. That is a hell of a total for a career and that is just for this series. I love SVU so much that I'm pretty sure I've seen all 295 episodes. Well maybe not all of them, but at least 294.

Dann Florek, Mariska Hargitay, and new castmembers Danny Pino and Kelli Giddish are spotted on the set of Law & Order: SVU in New York earlier this month. Also seen filming was Ice-T and Richard Belzer - check out the pics in the gallery.

The SVU blog on NBC.com said that Pino and Giddish are already feeling right at home on the show:

Mariska Hargitay and her new partner!

Danny Pino and Mariska Hargitay are spotted on the set of Law & Order: SVU on the Upper East Side of New York last week (July 21). Looks like they already have some great chemistry!

Danny is Mariska's new partner on the show after Christopher Meloni left the show at the end of last season.

In addition to Danny, Kelli Giddish is also joining the cast of the popular detective show. Law & Order creator Dick Wolf said that he's excited to have the two new cast members on the show:

"I'm very pleased that we have two amazing actors joining the cast. I know this combination will give us the opportunity to explore the world of SVU with new eyes."
