Throwback Thursday is a weekly update that we do here on Caught on Set. Every Thursday we post pictures from the set of a movie you haven’t seen in a while, or possibly ever.
Today we throw it all the way back to 1984 on the set of Ghostbusters. This classic film stars Harold Ramis, Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson, Rick Moranis, Annie Potts, William Atherton and Sigourney Weaver. Director Ivan Reitman was at the helm and he made one hell of a movie.

I absolutely loved this movie as a kid. I even loved the cartoons and toys they sold with them. I had the station house, the ectomobile (a replica, not the actual vehicle that was for sale a while ago). I even have my very own proton pack! That was the greatest toy I ever had in my life. If I saw one again I would buy it, no matter how old I get. In short, you should watch this movie and buy the toys if you're into that kind of thing.

Last week Rosie O'Donnell tweeted pictures of herself with the cast of Happily Divorced on set in Studio City. This week O'Donnell has made headlines for an entirely different reason. Appearing on the Today Show, Rosie had a few choice words about Lindsay Lohan and her attempt to channel iconic Elizabeth Taylor in the upcoming Lifetime movie Liz and Dick.
"I feel very sorry for her, I think she needs a lot of help. She needs a lot of time away. I don't think she's right for the role, and I don't think she's capable at this point of doing what's needed to portray that character, I think the interest level in her has waned significantly."

Those are some harsh words from the former talk show host. Although with all the backlash, including comments from Michael and Dina Lohan, O'Donnell has taken to her twitter account to defend and clarify her comments. Also seen on set were Tichina Arnold, Robert Walden, Fran Drescher, Rita Moreno and Dan Aykroyd.
What do you think about Rosie O'Donnell's comments on Lindsay Lohan? Which side are you on? Let us know in the comments section below.
