Christina Ricci is spotted on the set of her new ABC series Pan Am in New York yesterday (August 11). In the scene, Christina walks through a parade with signs (in English and German) welcoming President John F. Kennedy. Cool, the scene must be set during Kennedy's visit to Berlin in 1963.
Also seen on set was Margot Robbie and Colin Donnell.
Back in May, Christina was spotted filming the pilot for the series - check out the pics here, here, and here.
Even though the show hasn't even even aired yet, some critics are already calling the series - which follows a group of Pan Am flight attendants in the 1960s - sexist. Ricci said at the Television Critics Association Summer Press Tour last week that that's unfair:
"Sexism on Pan Am is a misconception, and unraveling that is actually what drew me to the role. As soon as anyone sees ten minutes of this show, the misconception [of sexism] will be gone. It's really a great message for young girls and women."
