Christina Hendricks is spotted on the set of her new film Struck by Lightning in Los Angeles on Monday (July 18). The actress, sporting her trademark red locks, was seen wearing a beautiful floral dress.

Struck by Lightning, described as a "coming-of-age indie comedy," also stars Glee's Chris Colfer. Colfer's not just starring in the film - he wrote it, too! And he's actually giving fans a chance to be in it. Yesterday, he tweeted:
"If you're in the LA area this Friday and would like to watch/be in a Struck By Lightning scene email struckbylightning@yahoo.com! C u there!"

Some exciting news just came out about Christina - she's the new Lois Lane! Of course the red-headed beauty is way-excited about getting the role in the new Superman film due out next Summer (Henry Cavill plays Superman); she said:
"I'm so excited you have no idea. Ive been telling everyone for weeks now about how I get to play Lois Lane. It's a big deal. There are a few characters throughout your life which everyone knows and this is one of them. I can't wait."

Mad Men star Christina Hendricks is caught on the set of I Don't Know How She Does It yesterday in New York (Feb. 22). Sarah Jessica Parker and Olivia Munn also star in the comedy film (you can check out all the latest pics from set here).
In other Christina news, she just lasted her "dream job" as a jewelry model for Vivienne Westwood. The buxom beauty told the Daily Mail:
"I had such a fun day trying on all Vivienne's new collection. She is my favorite designer. As a young girl I would cut out pictures of her dresses from magazines, although I was never able to afford them.
"Even now I only have one in my closet. The lovely thing now is that I can borrow them and they fit so well, unlike some designer clothes."
