Britt Robertson is spotted filming her new series The Secret Circle in North Vancouver last week (August 19). Britt is so cute and seems so genuine. I'm expecting big things from her in the future.

Britt was also spotted on set last week with Thomas Dekker - check out the pics here.

Britt told MTV to expect some tension between her character and Thomas':

"My character, Cassie Blake, has a bit of a thing for Thomas Dekker's character, Adam Conant, so that's something to look into ... You know, there's a couple of other boys that come into play throughout the season as well."

Thomas Dekker and Britt Robertson are spotted on the set of their new show The Secret Circle in Richmond, British Columbia last week (August 18).

Set in the fictional town of Chance Harbor, Washington, The Secret Circle follows Cassie Blake (Robertson), a shy California teenager who learns that she comes from a family of witches. It's based on the book series of the same name by L.J. Smith.

At the TCA panel earlier this year, Robertson opened up about her character Cassie:

"In the beginning, in the pilot she comes into this city and she's completely shell shocked by her circumstances after her mom passes. She meets Thomas's character Adam and all these other people who are actually part of the coven and then she finds out that she is also part of this coven. She's part of this new generation of witches.

"Her first experience with magic is when Cassie and Adam go into the woods after she just found out and he tries to introduce it to her. They make water float from a leaf. It's very romantic and very sweet and sexy and cool. It's such a beautiful scene, after watching it back, it was the first scene we shot of the entire show so there was a lot riding on it but I think it turned out pretty well."

Brittany Robertson and Jessica Parker Kennedy are good witches

Here's Brittany Robertson and Jessica Parker Kennedy filming the pilot for their new CW show Secret Circle in Vancouver last week (Mar. 30).

Here's what MTV said about the new show: "The 'Secret Circle' series follows 16-year-old Cassie [Robertson], who moves from California to live with her mom in New Salem and falls in love with a mysterious boy named Adam [Thomas Dekker]. But, when she enrolls in high school there, she realizes that he, she and all the other elite students at the school are witches! She befriends their leader, Diana [Shelley Hennig], but soon discovers that Adam and Diana are dating, which leads to a whole bunch of complicated drama."

Look for Brittany and Jessica when the series premieres in October. I just love a good witch series!
