It would be amazing to see that come to life, but it doesn't seem like that is what's going on. Mr. Hill went on to tweet a few more times killing any hopes of that rumor gaining steam.

So no, The West Wing movie is not in the works. It turns out the whole gang got together to film a sketch for FunnyorDie.com. The good news to be taken from these tweets is the new episode of Psych. Did anyone else watch it? I usually can't stop laughing while watching the show and the guest appearance by Anthony Anderson made this episode even better.
