Brendan Gleeson
Veteran Irish actor Brendan Gleeson is spotted on the set of the new film Safe House last week in Washington, D.C. (June 5). You may recognize Gleeson from his roles in Braveheart, Gangs of New York, 28 Days Later, and the Harry Potter film franchise.
Ryan Reynolds and Denzel Washington were previously seen filming the action thriller way over in Cape Town, South Africa back in February (pics here and here).
The Washington, D.C. Office of Motion Picture Development has more about the the film coming to the nation's capital: "Most of filming in the District took place in downtown DC on Sunday using several streets near federal buildings and museums including Constitution Ave, Independence Ave, Pennsylvania Ave and 14th Street."
