Blake Lively and Penn Badgley are spotted on the set of Gossip Girl in New York last week (November 9). I know I've said this before, but Blake's dog could not possibly be any cuter!

Blake is still going strong with new boyfriend Ryan Reynolds - in fact, they may be buying a house together! According to the New York Post, the two were seen checking out a $4.35 penthouse on Fifth Ave last week. A witness told the paper:
"When they were done, she left the building first, wearing tall boots, jeans, coat and fedora, and got straight into a Town Car, and then Ryan exited into the same car. Her little dog was waiting with the driver in the front seat."
